1. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting this store, creating an account, subscribing to our emails or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. They apply to every visitor, customer and contributor of content. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the store or buy from us.

Our Privacy Policy and our Refunds, Returns & Shipping policy are incorporated into these terms by reference and form part of the same agreement. Where the refund policy sets out a timeframe or a promise, that document governs the details of returns and delivery.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, to buy from this store. By placing an order you confirm that you meet that requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are buying on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe was placed by a minor.

3. Your account and accurate information

You do not need an account to order, but if you create one you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under it. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Everything you give us must be accurate, current and complete — in particular your shipping address, your email address and your payment details. A large share of delivery problems come from a missing apartment number or a typo in a ZIP code. We are not responsible for a parcel that is delayed or lost because the address you supplied was wrong, and we may suspend or close an account that repeatedly supplies false information.

4. Products, descriptions and pricing

We describe our products as accurately as we can: the ingredients, the bottle size, the number of servings and the way we suggest using them. Photography is representative — label artwork, bottle batches and colours may vary slightly, and your screen may render colour differently from ours. A description is not a guarantee that a product will work the same way for every person.

Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude taxes and, where applicable, shipping, which are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. We may change prices, run promotions, end promotions and change the composition of our multi-bottle packs at any time; a change never applies retroactively to an order we have already accepted.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The confirmation email we send immediately afterwards acknowledges that we received your order; the contract is formed only when we dispatch your parcel and send the shipping notification. Until then we may decline the order — for example if the product is out of stock, if the order failed our fraud checks, if the address is undeliverable, or in the error cases described above.

We may contact you to confirm details before dispatch. If we cannot reach you and the order cannot safely be fulfilled, we cancel it and refund any amount already taken.

6. Payment and taxes

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the details are true and correct. We never see or store your full card number — see the Privacy Policy.

Prices exclude sales tax. Where we are required to collect state or local sales tax, it is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and added to your total. You are responsible for any other tax, duty or bank fee your own institution applies, including currency conversion charges if your card is not denominated in United States dollars.

If a payment is declined, reversed or charged back, we may suspend fulfilment of that order and any related subscription until the balance is settled. We ask that you contact us before opening a chargeback — almost every dispute is resolved faster by email, and our guarantee already covers the usual reasons.

7. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship within the United States with tracked services. Processing, transit times, free-shipping conditions, returned parcels and what to do about a damaged or missing item are all set out in the Refunds, Returns & Shipping policy, which governs those subjects.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier backlogs, weather and public holidays. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you gave us. That said, if a parcel is confirmed lost or is damaged in transit, contact us within the window described in the refund policy and we will make it right at no cost to you.

8. Subscriptions and recurring refills

If you choose a subscription refill at checkout, you are authorising a recurring charge. Here is exactly what that means:

• Your refill ships on a repeating 30-day cycle, and your saved payment method is charged on the day the cycle renews, at the price shown when you subscribed unless we have notified you of a change in advance.
• We email you before each renewal so a charge is never a surprise.
• You can pause, skip or cancel at any time before the next billing date, with no fee and no minimum number of deliveries. Use the link in your subscription emails, or write to support@lymphaticdrainagedrops.com and we will do it for you.
• A change takes effect on the next cycle. If a refill has already been charged and dispatched, that shipment is handled under the guarantee in the refund policy rather than being reversed as a cancellation.
• If a renewal payment fails, we retry it a small number of times and email you; if it keeps failing, we pause the subscription.

Cancelling a subscription cancels future refills only. It does not close your account or unsubscribe you from our emails, which are handled separately.

9. Health disclaimer

Talk to your doctor, pharmacist or another licensed healthcare provider before you start taking the drops, and especially if you are pregnant, trying to conceive or nursing; if you take any prescription or over-the-counter medication, including blood thinners, hormone therapy or diuretics; if you are managing a medical condition such as kidney, liver, thyroid or heart disease; if you have a known allergy to plants in the bedstraw, legume, citrus or spurge families; or if you are preparing for surgery. Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you experience an unexpected reaction.

Use the product only as directed on the label. More is not better, and exceeding the suggested serving is not recommended. Keep it out of reach of children. Do not use it if the seal is broken.

Individual results vary. Botanical supplements act differently in different bodies, and your diet, hydration, movement, sleep and underlying health all influence what you notice. Testimonials on this store describe one person's experience and are not a promise of what you will experience. We make no claim that this product will produce any specific outcome for you.

10. Intellectual property

The Lymphatic Drainage Drops name, logo, packaging design, product photography, written copy, illustrations, layout and the underlying code of this store are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to view and use the store for your own shopping, and nothing more.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, frame, sell or create derivative works from any part of the store without our written permission. You may not use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you, your product or your site. Retailers, affiliates and content partners receive their permissions in a separate written agreement.

11. Acceptable use

When you use this store, you agree not to:

• break any law, regulation or third party's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or system, or probe, scan or test the security of our infrastructure;
• use bots, scrapers or automated scripts to harvest content, prices or customer information, or to place orders;
• interfere with the operation of the store, including by overloading it or introducing malicious code;
• impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
• abuse promotional codes, referral links or our guarantee, including by creating multiple accounts to claim a one-per-customer offer; or
• resell our products without our written authorisation, or present them as anything other than a dietary supplement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the store, and refuse future orders, if you breach these rules.

12. User content and reviews

If you post a review, a photo, a comment or any other content, you keep ownership of it and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing, with attribution limited to the display name you provided.

You confirm that the content is yours to share, that it is truthful, that it reflects your genuine experience, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, hateful or private information about another person. Please do not post medical claims — a review saying a product cured, treated or prevented a condition cannot be published, however sincerely it is meant.

We do not pre-screen everything, but we may edit for length or clarity, refuse, or remove content at our discretion, and we are not obliged to publish what you send. We do not pay for reviews, and any review posted in exchange for an incentive must disclose it.

13. Third-party links

The store may link to third-party websites, research, tools or services that we do not own or control. We provide those links for convenience and information only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, products, accuracy, availability or privacy practices, and your dealings with them are between you and them. Read their terms and privacy policies before you share anything with them.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The store and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the results obtained from using our products will meet your expectations.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer right you have under the law where you live, and nothing here affects our money-back guarantee, which we honour as written.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lymphatic Drainage Drops, its owners, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or connected with your use of the store or our products, whether the claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability or any other theory, and even if we were advised that such damages were possible.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you in full. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where that exclusion is not permitted by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lymphatic Drainage Drops and its owners, employees and suppliers from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the store, the content you post, or your violation of any law or of a third party's rights. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us.

17. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@lymphaticdrainagedrops.com and give us thirty days to resolve the matter informally. In our experience almost everything is settled at this stage. If it is not, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and each of us consents to personal jurisdiction there. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Any claim must be filed within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, unless the law where you live forbids such a limit.

If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own local courts or under your own local law, this section does not take that right away.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our products, our operations or the law change. The current version always lives on this page with its revision date at the top. Changes take effect when posted and apply to use of the store and to orders placed after that moment; they never change the terms that applied to an order we already accepted. If a change is material, we will make it visible — by a notice on the store or an email to subscribers — and continuing to use the store afterwards means you accept the revised terms. If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
